loga2b/loga1/2b...
when base has a power..it comes out as a reciprocal of its power...
 
(1/2)logab/2logab2     now the power of b will come out nd multiply as it is
 
(1/2)logab/4logab..
logab will cancel out each other...
we r left with
(1/2)/4=?
which on solving gives 1/8
