sinx1 + sinx2 + sinx3 = 3
this can only be possible when sinx1 = sin2 = sinx3 = 1
becouse maximum value sinx can take is 1  
so we can say that x1 = x2 = x3 = 90
therefore, cosx1 + cosx2 + cosx3 = 0

sin is a function who maximum value is 1
so the given eqn can ony be true if  sin x1 = 1 , sinx2 = 1 , sin x3 = 1
so x1=x2=x3= 90 or pi/2
so 
cos 90+ cos 90+cos90 = 0
