sinA cosB + cosA sinB = cosA cosB + sinA sinB
sinA (cosB - sinB ) = cosA ( cosB - sinB)
Hence
SinA = cosA
Hence tan A = 1
A = 45°
Hence sin 2A = 1
 
Hence option 4 is correct because 
sin 2A = 1 
&
tan A = 1
