In these type of ques we have to change the given expression in terms of sin(2a) and cos(2a)
theta = 0 ( symbol not zero)
asin20 + bsin0.cos0 + ccos20 = a(sin20 + cos20) + bsin0.cos0 + (c-a)cos20
= a +( b/2) sin20 + (c – a)/2 cos20 + (c – a)/2
= b/2 sin20 + (c – a)/2 cos20 + (c+a)/2
Now Asinx + Bcosx lie between (A2 + B2)1/2    and – (A2 + B2)½
hence the expression will lie between   (a+c)/2 – 1/2(b2 + (c-a)2)1/2      and  
(a+c)/2 + 1/2(b2 + (c-a)2)1/2
