Dear student
Say there are x centesimal seconds in one part and x sexagesimal seconds in the other.Then the total number of degrees would be x / 10000 + x / 3600 = 44 + 8/60.
x = 116823.53 seconds.   RegardsArun (askIITians forum expert)
