we know that in any triangle sinA= PERPEDICULAR /HYPOTENUS but value of sine sometimes -ve how ??... while ratio of side is always +ve...and when sinA = 1 means perpendicular hypotenus how ??somebody is asking me then wt should i reply...

in ANY triangle, 0<A<π, and in this range sine is positive throughout. sinA=perpendicular/hypotenuse=1 is possible when A=90 degrees. In this case hypotenuse and perpendicular are one and the same.
