There is no short cut for remembering formulas. The best thing is practice and remember. try to solve the problems on your own without looking the solution. Do it for some time you will definately feel improvement in your memory.
for any chapter,first thoroughly revise it through ncert n den practice atleast 100 questions of it from any gud buk n den u`ll be able 2 remember d formulae for a v.v. long tym n keep on revising d topic! n for trigo formulae, do d derivation just 1ce n den u`ll actually remember d formulae.this is how i memorised d formulae!
