 (1 + tan A/ tanA) (1 + cot A/ cotA)
 
 = 1 + tan A*cot A + tanA + cotA
 
 = 2 + sinA / cosA + cosA/sinA
 
 = 2 + 1 / sinA cos A
 
 = 2 + 2 / sin2A
