Entropy is the simple measurement of randomness or disorder of tyebsystem.
Examples in daily life =>
Fire in woods which expands gradually and in a disorder manner.
second example => steam formation from water above 373 K.

Heat Pump consists combination of air condtioners that is 2 in number.
And the refrigerator consists the Heat Pump for cooling purposes.
Main difference->
In refrigerator heat is removed from Low Temperature Body to desired effect.
In heat pump heat is removed from High Ttemperature body to desired effect.
