in a lpg gas cylinder the pressure of the gases coming out remains the same until it is empty.HOW??????????

While filling gas into cylinders,the ratio of filling is unchanged so pressure of gas coming out remains the same and Regulator controls the
pressure of the gas going from the bottle to the BBQ or patio heater.
