Hi Rahul,
The bursting of cycle tube occurs in a fraction of a second. It is so fast that there is no exchange of heat that takes place while the bursting occurs.
On the otherhand, the air inside the tube expands into the surroundings. So it is not isochoric as the process does not take place at constant Volume.
