We should use a steel lunch boxes as there are major chances of food reacting with the plastic material of the box if the food is hot, oily or acidic. Explanation: Plastic is non reactive , light , strong and durable while there are many chances of steel to rust .

you should refer steel lunch boxes as they are non reactant with food at high temperature but plastic react with some oily and acidic food while they are easy to handle
