Why the following aqueous solutions acts as buffer?
A. NH4CN
B. 100 ml each of HCN and NaCN in equal concentration

Option B is correct.   And it is a acidic buffer. 
Acidic buffer=solution of (weak acid(like HCN) )+(salt(like NaCN)  of this weak acid with strong base) 
Note:NaCN is made on reaction between weak acid HCN and strong base NaOH.
