The oxidation states of all the elements remains the same in the hydrolysis reaction of XeF6.
XeF6 + 3H2O → XeO3  + 6HF
Hence this reaction is not a redox reaction.

XeF2 is hydrolysed to give Xe, HF and O2.
2XeF2(s) + 2H2O(l) ------->>>  2Xe(g) + 4HF + O2(g)
Xe undergoes reduction from +2 to 0 oxidation state while O undergoes oxidation from – 2 to 0 oxidation state.
So, it is a redox reaction.
