DIELECTRIC CONSTANT INCREASE IN FRENKEL EFFECT AS NUMBER OF CATIONS AND NUMBR OF ANIONS LOST ARE EQUAL OR SAY SOME MATERIAL IS LOST.. DUE TO THIS MORE CHARGE CAN PASS THROUGH MATERIAL MEDIUM WHICH INCREASE VALUE OF DIELECTRIC CONSTANT
THANX
AND STILL UNCLEAR PLEASE ASK AGAIN

So more the dielectric constant more is the tendency to pass the charge.  is this due to the fact that more is the capacitance more is its tendency to store the charge??

YES SARVESH YOU ARE RIGHT. MORE DIELECTRIC CONSTANT MORE TENDENCY OF CHARGE TO PASS.
HOPE NOW YOU ARE CLEAR. SO I AM HAPPY
THANKS AND APPROVE................

In frenkel effect the ions are not present at actual position but they move to interstitial space as size difference of cation and anion is large.now as a result distance between like charges decreases also it interrupts the movement of free electrons . Since electrons are not able to move the lines of force between opposite ions reduce which means there is an increase in dielectric constant.
