Size of atom: Smaller the size of ions lesser is the internuclear distance will be high and lattice enthalpy will also be large.
Charge on the atoms: Larger the magnitude of the charge on ions greater will be the attractive forces between the ions and the lattice enthalpy increases
In your question AlN have higher charge so the lattice enthalpy will be more Al3+ and N3- i.e they are truvalent ions so the magnitude of charge is more consequently the lattice enthalpy will be more as compared to AlF3
