Why AlCl3 have more covalent character than Al2(SO4)3 .Because a/c Fajan's rule more the size of anion less is the ionic character. So,why Al2(SO4)3 is not possible??

Aluminium Sulphate is ionic in nature , both in solid state and in aqueous solution.

Aluminium chloride is covalent in vapour phase and solid state. It is ionic in aqueous solution state only.
