why acetic has two different c-o bonds length but sodium acitate has two identical c-o bonds length

Dear Anish,
Acetoc acid has disimilar bonds as it has one O atom attached with pi bond
and other O atoms is attached with a single bond having H atom with it that is
-OH.
and hence they would be different in length as one has pi bond and other is only 
a sigma bond.
