While antacids and antiallergic drugs interfere with the function of histamines, why do these not interfere with the function of each other ?

Sort of delay it is but here is your answer.
Particular drug always act on the specific receptor. Antacid and antiallergic drug act on different receptor. Both act on histamine (samme receptor) and do not interfere with each other’s activity.
