Which trihalide of 5 group forms oxocation on hydrolysis Why Bismuth forms pentahalide with Fluorine only

Bismuth due to inert pair effect exist with only +3 oxidation state. +5 oxidation state is uncommon for Bi. So bismuth does not form pentahalide. But due to the small size and high electronegativity of fluorine only BiF​5 exist.
