The
correct answer is (d).
We know that an hydrogen bond is either dipole-dipole type,
ion-dipole type, dipole - induced dipole type and hydrogen can bond covalently.
Liquid HCl does not have hydrogen bonds. THis is because the
chlorine size is large enough that hydrogen bonding isn't possible.
