Ans: buffer solution having ph=6.
Reason: in case of pbcl2 the dissolution will decrese due to presence of common ion (pb). 
In case of nh4oh also the dissolution will decrese due to presence of common ion (oh). 
And so in slight acidic solution it will dissolve more than pure water.
