Bcoz it doesn't change its orbitals for Emission or absorption 
All the other 3 options belong to same orbitals

Here all the shells are third shell only. Hence the orbital will have same energies.
Energy of 3p = 3d = 3s. So, in all cases trasition neither shows absorbtion nor emission of energy is case of hydrogen atom.
