Zn > cu > cr > mg 
When electrons of the same spin are present in degenerate orbitals of a subshell then they exchange their positions and the energy relaesed in doing so is called exchange energy
Hence MORE THE NUMBER OF EXCHANGE PAIRS MORE WILL BE THW EXCHANGE ENERGY 
Hence the above order is justified as there are maximum no. Of exchange PAIRS in Zn than in Cu which has more no. Of exchange PAIRS than Cr which has more..... Mg.

zn>cu>cr>mg is the right anwser for this. Because according to chemistry rules more the number of exchange pairs ,more is the exchange energy while exchanging positions . So in decending order zn should come first and last is mg.
