In CaF2, F- occupy all the tetrahedral hole.
In NaCl structure each Na+ occupy is sorrounded by 6 Cl- and and this suggests an octahedral arrangement
InZnS half of the tetrahedral hole is occuopied and half is leff vacant. Therefore in ZnS has FCC structure in which it occupy alternate tetrahedral hole.
