POAC is mentioned in the mole concept chapter of o.p tandon book , make sure u have purchased the latest edition book , not the old one.
POAC is the principle of atomic conversion , we apply this method when we cannot able to balance the atoms in a perticular reaction .
the principle of POAC is to conserve the mass of atom , or the no. of atom .
balanced equations are needed for solving stoichiometry problems .
