There is not a definite theoretical process by which we could be able to know the order of a reaction.
In generel they are not equal.The order is determined by experiment ONLY!
As a reaaction occurs via severel elementary steps,and for the elementary reaction, molecularity=order for that step. But remember that the elementary step is one 9of the several steps involved in the reaction and don’t be confused that they are equal.
