When the speed of electron increases , it`s specific charge decreases?

Specific charge is the ratio of the charge with its mass.
That is to say that when the specific charge decreases the mass has to be increase but it is only from general relativity of the particle and assumtion.
The mass cannot change and is constant throughout.
