For combustion of ethylene at NTP 3 moles of oxygen is required I.e.3×22.4 litres, then evolved 1411 Kj heat.So for evolving 1411 Kj 3×22.4 litres, then for 6226kj requires 6226×3×22.4/1411=296.51 litres oxygen is required. C2H4+3O2→2CO2+2H2O
