In adiabatic change no energy is transferred to the system.
Cp/Cv = Gamma 
Cp/Gamma = Cv 
Cv = fR/2 
find f from here
and Gamma = (f + 2)/f
so, here you wil get Gamma , 
Now apply W = (nR detT) / 1- Gamma
and find final temperature.
