This is an example of redox titration.
SnCl2+ K2Cr2O7+ 14HCl → 3SnCl4+ 2CrCl3+ 2KCl + 7H2O
Now, we know the law of equivalence i.e.
equivalence of K2Cr2O7 = equivalence of SnCl2
N*V of K2Cr2O7 = equivalence of SnCl2 => mass/equivalent mass = (1.19 g/Molecular mass)*n-factor
On solving you will get your answer.Hope this helps

It is tin to stannic chloride not stannous to stannic chloride so sn changes to sncl4 and so n-factor is 4
