A chemical bond results in a type of sharing of electrons (strong bond). A physical bond is just some kind of attraction (Weak bond)
A physical bond is when there is pure physical forces bonding the atoms together. It happens in the case for ionic bonds where it is the Coulomb forces that holds the atoms together to form molecules. It can also be Van der Waals force/bond, a small attraction between dipoles,
