Normality is defined as no. of equivalents of solute dissolved in 1 L of the solution.
For vol strenth of H2O2, see the below eqn.
2H2O2 → 2H2O +O2
Vol. strength is expressed in the terms of the volume of Oxygen at 273 K and 1atm that one volume of H2O2 gives on heating.
For eg if its labelled as 10 Volume, then it means 1 ml of this solution will give 10 ml of O2.
