Ductility is when a solid material stretches under tensile stress.                                               Malleability is a physical property of matter, usually metals. It usually applies to the family groups 1 to 12 on the modern periodic table of elements. It is the ability of a solid to bend or be hammered into other shapes without breaking.capable of producing a deep or ringing sound is called as sonorous

@ mohammed
ductility refers to the capacity of metal to stretch away .
that means when u are stretching a rubber band , then u can say its a ductile property of metals .
malleability helps the solid to bend and if its being betaten by a strong object , then it will not be break as much as easily .
example – hammer the gold , and it will not break down .
and if the metals are lustrous , hard and strong u can say that its sonorous in nature .
example – iron , silver etc .
