Organic chemistry is chemistry of carbons - from petrol and alcohol to proteins and enzymes in your body.
Inorganic is basically compounds that are not carbon compouns! Very wide-ranging, lots of pretty colours. Things such as transition metals, alkaline metals and the halogens are included.
Physical chemistry is about how energy and atoms/molecules interact. Lots of maths often ensues.
All of them feed into each other anyway so a good grounding in all of them is needed to be a good chemist.
