Charge on sol is decided by preferential adsorption of charge present in the medium. As fe3+ ions are common in fe(OH)3 and fecl3 and fe3+ ions are common in fe(OH)3 & fecl3.Fe3+ ions are preferentially adsorbed over fe(OH)3 molecules and break them to colloidal size

Fe(OH)3 sol hai positive charge due to adsorption of Fe+3 ions while As2S3 sol hai negative charge due to adsorption of S-2 ion.when these sol get mixed with each other then due to Fe+3 and S-2 ions neutralization of charges will happen and ppt will be formed
