Using Vander waals equation, calculate the constant “a” when 2 moles of a gas confined in a 4 Litre flask exerts a pressure of 11.0 atm at a temprature of 300 K. The value of “b” is 0.05 litre/mole

Use Real gas eqn. to calculate the constant value a.
that is:
(P + an^2/V^2) (V – nb) = nRT
(11 + a*4/16) (4 – 2*0.05) = 2*0.0821*300
(11 + a*4/16) = 12.63076
a/4 = 1.630
a = 6.5230
