This question is given under the heading LE-CHATELIER`S PRINCIPLE :The question is : FOR AN EQUILIBRIUM H2O (s) gives H2O(l) , WHICH IS TRUE (a) The pressure changes don`t affect the equilibrium(b) More of the ice melts if pressure on system is increased. The correct answer is (b). But my doubt is by le-chatelier`s principle if pressure is increased , then system changes to that place where no of moles are less , here the no of moles are same on both side , so (a) should be correct , am I right sir ? Pls explain why (b) is correct also....

None of the reactants are in gaseous state so even if pressure changes are made equilibrium won`t be affected And if we take first option into consideration (b)should be incorrect I`m not completely sure though No?
