As The resistance of a conductivity cell containing 0.001M KCl solution at 298 K is 1500
conductivity=cell constant/resistance
Thus cell constant=conductivity*resistance
here conductivity=.146*10^-3Scm^-1
resistance=1500 ohm
cell constant=1500*.146*10^-3
=.219 cm^-1
