the relationship between osmotic pressure(P) at 273K when 10g glucose(P1), 10g urea (P2), and 10g sucrose (P3) are dissolved in 250 ml of water is

We know that,
Osmotic pressure P is directly proportional to the conc. of solute
For same volume, P is directly proportional to the no. of moles of solute.
Here, for Glucose, n1 = 10/180
for Urea, n2 = 10/60
for Sucrose, n3 = 10/342
Clearly, n2 > n1> n3

Therefore, P2 > P1 > P3
