One mole of CO2 has one carbon atom and one diatomic oxygen with respective molecular weights-
Which indicates that 44g of CO2 has 12g of carbon and 32g of oxygen
Using criss cross method if 44gm CO2 has 12grams oxygen we can assume that x grams of CO2 has 8grams oxygen wherein x would be 11grams
Number of moles=mass÷molar weight=25x10^-2mol
