For Nacl, 2gms  is present in 1000 ml soln.
Therefore, conc. for Nacl => (2/58.5)*1000/1000 => 0.034 M
For CaCl2 => 4/111 => 0.036 M
For NH4Cl => 6/53.5 => 0.112 M
Now Molarity for Cl- => (0.034 + 0.072 + 0.112)/1 => 0.218 M
