Dear Student,
For the complete neuralization of a strong acid with a strong base the enthalpy change is -56 kJ/mol.
Here, Two moles of LiOH would react with one mole of the H2SO4.
If LiOH was completely dissociated the energy liberated would have been -112 kJ/mol.
So the energy or enthalpy used for the ionization is -112+69.6
= 42.4 KJ
For 1 mole of LiOH it would be 21.2 KJ
