Average Kinetic Energy of gases is given by the formula
K.E=3/2(R/No)T
Where, R/No=k(Boltzmann constant)
T=temperature
Therefore it depends only on the temperature of the vessels and nothing else.Since temperature of the vessels are the same both vessels has the same average Kinetic Energy.
