In MnO4-, Mn has +7 oxidafion state.
While in MnO2, Mn has +4 oxidation state.
Hence conversion of +7 to +4.
Hence charge required = 3 F.

so, we know that for the conversion of 1 unit charge 1 faraday charge is used.
Hence charge required for the conversion of 3 unit charge is 3F(faraday).
Hence, charge required = 3F
