Number of moles of silver = 200×0.1/1000 = 0.02
where 1 mole silver = 96500 coulomb so,
charge needed = 0.02 × 96500 = 1930 coulomb.
If strength of current  is 0.1A, then,
time needed to remove 50% of silver = 1930 × ½  = 0.1*t
so t = 9650 second.
