Half reactions. =>
Cl2 -------------------->       Cl^10+      +    10e-
and
Cl2      +        10e-       ----------->           Cl^10-
Addinf both we get above final one.
Hence oxidation states in new half raeacn.s are => +3 and -3 respectively.
