i will give you the approach to solve this question , rest calculation u have to do , 
frst of all 
1- find concentration of [na+] in each case. 
that u can do by the following formula 
ksp ag2cro4=[ag+]^2*[cro4 2-]
ksp[agcl]=[ag+][cl-]
and so on .. 
so calculate [ag+], 
now it is given that the solution contains equal mole/liter say x
hence calculate [cl-] ,[cro4 2-] at which precipitation starts
and after that u will get the value of [ag+]
and see for which option [ag+] is highest. 
that will be the correct option
