NO , burning of wood is a non spontaneous process , its strictly mentioned in ncert books chapter thermodynamics . 
and if other factor will influence in that case it can be considered as spontaneous process , as there are some enviornmental condition which can glow and burn the wood , and u donot need to ignite it .
