Shortest wavelength means heighest energy , that drop from the line infinity to Lyman series.
Energy = 13.6 , n=1
For He + longest wavelength is line dropping from 3 rd line to 2nd excited state.
Energy = 13.6 * (Z) * 2 * (1/(2)2-1/(3)2)
So, Energy here is 13.6 * 20/36
So, wavelength of He+ ion is 9/5 X
